1. Add, test mailboxes in Autovalidator Section of Automailer XP
Follow the instructions on the tutorial. Test the Validator to ensure it is connecting to your mailboxes. Note: you must be connected to the internet.
2. Log into Submitter, Edit Profile.
Log into your Submitter account and go to Edit Profile. Fill out the profile using your 2 POP3 email accounts. Save. (Important note - your email will look like youremail@xtreamail.com for example. Never use http:// in front of your email.)
3. Join the Safelists:
With the large numbers of lists in the database we recommend the "Put in Que" mode. Check that option. Check "all" safelists. Scroll to bottom and click on the Join icon. Wait. Messages will then populate the window stating the join to each safelist has been placed in que.
Note that it will probably be necessary to do a Join several times over a 24 hour period of time. Servers are up, servers are down. Running a join multiple times helps ensure you catch all the available lists as they are available.
4. Process validations over next 24 hours - 168 hours:
Using your desktop Validator, process validations several times over the next 24 - 168 hours or 1 - 7 days. It takes that long for all the safelists to respond and get those validation emails to your boxes. As you will want to do a Join several times, you want to spend the extra day or so running your validation software to ensure you validate everything.
5. Save Safelist Information:
After you are certain you have validated some lists, and are through wanting to run Joins, then go to Safe Safelist Information. Auto fill the 2 blank boxes after each list with your User Name and Password by saying "yes" to Auto Fill. Once you fill, scroll to bottom and Save. This tells the Submitter you have joined all those lists.
When you go back to Join Safelists that area will now be blank. There will be no lists there as you told the submitter you joined all of them. If you do see lists later, those will be new ones added to the submitter after you did a Join. You would, of course, join those as you see them.
6. Use your Automailer xp to clean your boxes daily.
This prevents your boxes from filling up and creating 'bounce."
