Maintaining Your Subscriptions

Once you have joined, validated and are sending your ads to the lists you will need to spend some time during the course of the week MAINTAINING your memberships at the lists.
Lots of stuff happens in a day between Submitters and Safelists: servers are up, servers are down, lists are active, lists become inactive. Bounce can happen. Interruptions in service can also create non-delivery of email that the safe lists interpret as Bounce - which will set your account on Vacation Hold.
It is recommended you perform these tasks on a regular basis:
* Run vacation off:
* Check on the subscripion/list box cleaner to ensure it is on and working properly. Empty out your contact email once you have read your emails
* Run a Join periodically to pick up new lists
Tips on Maintaining Your Subscriptions to Safelists
* Run VACATION OFF on a regular basis. This helps keep your lists ACTIVE. It also informs you if lists remain or have been added for you to join.
* If you are getting a lot of Failed To Log in messages in your submission reports, go check your log in information. One of the most common causes of failed to log in is that the log in information is incorrect. Review the information in your Joined section and ensure all the log in information is the same for all the lists.
* Put a box cleaner on your Subscription box

* Ensure you have downloaded the AutomailerXp script with the Autovalidation and boxcleaning feature and set up and tested/used it on your pop3 email.
* Turn OFF any boxcleaners
* For those joined and Saved Safelist Info:
1 Run Deactivate Vacation
2 Go to Save Safelist section and Unsave safe lists, save
3 Go to Join, put in que, select all, Join
4 Go back to Save Safelist section, put in que, fill and save
5 Run auto xp validator daily for next few days
6 In couple days, activate box cleaner on List *
* For those who have not done a join yet, skip first 2 steps.
* Start with Join and follow the rest of the steps.

* Turn OFF any box cleaners
* For those joined and Saved Safelist Info:
1. Go to Saved Safelist Section
2 Choose Vacation Off from Left hand side menu. Let it run.
3. If you see reports that you have not validated, resend Welcome Lettfers
4. If you see reports you are no longer a member, once finished mark your lists as Unsubscribed.
5. Once Marked, go to Join Lists. Choose Free and run join
6 A few safelists will tell you Free Not a Good Option. Click on lists to find out what they are offering and join on that level.
7. Once finished, mark everything as Subscribed to move out of Available Safelists into Joined Safelists section.
8 Run Auto Validator at least once daily for next day or two.
9. In several days, activate box cleaner on List email
