Safelists are PERMISSION membership Opt-In email marketing internet advertising specialties. Members join and agree to receive member and Admin email in EXCHANGE for sending their own emails to the members. All sending and receiving email is done within the parameters of the safe list itself.

Safelists are very effective mediums for broadcasting commercial ads. They are also extremely popular and have become one of the most used mediums for advertising on the Net. There are millions of them on all types of scripts. While it is possible to sell products to the members of safelists, they are traditionally excellent means of introducing the members to your business or opportunity. Members seem to respond well to free offers and giveaways which you can use to entice people to your list. From there, you can use your own list to then 'qualify' individuals into your program. As with your classified results, you will want to follow up closely with those whom respond to your email ads and join your programs.

To this end, safelist advertising is the beginning of the qualifying process. It is a way to reach out to those you don't know which will then lead to you 'getting to know' the individual.

Safe list members receive email only from the list's members and Admin, and only through the list's servers. Each email from a safelist is identified as originating from the list. Emails include disclaimers and a way to OPT-OUT of the program itself. All this protects you and the members from spam and abuse. Everyone is SAFE and protected.

You can only send email through the list itself by either logging into the list yourself or having a submitter do it for you. You may not add Admin or any member email information to your outside contact list and then send them commercial email. Doing so is called HARVESTING and is considered spam.
