Understanding Your Submitter
There are many links to articles on this website as well as our forum to assist you in learning about how to use your Submitters and getting the most out of them. Most all your major tasks are found on pages in the Training Center (this website.)

Submitters are powerful tools once you understand how to use them. They help you manage large amounts of safe lists and the sending of automatic emails to the list members. They do take some consideration and a bit of periodic maintance.
Please consult this training website and the forum BEFORE submitting a request for Support to Admin. You usually can find the answer to your question right here or on the forum and eliminate the need to wait for support.
Xtream Network Safelist Submitters
There are several safe list submitters available to Xtream Affiliates. Each submitter has many features or associated services including:
1. Auto Join Safelists
2. Validation for both POP3 email boxes
3. Auto Send ads
4. Reports
5. Manage safelist subscriptions including Vacation Off and validation links
6. Box cleaners for POP3 email boxes
Each submitter is a script that has a DATABASE of Safelists. The safelists in the database belong to owners/Admins who agree to allow members of a submitter access to their lists. Using the submitter you can join and then send your email ads to the members. Using the submitter you can Auto send your ad on a regular basis. You can also MANAGE your safelist accounts: turn vacation off, resend validation links, join, unjoin, unsubscribe, and etc.
You can also MANAGE your POP3 email boxes by using the box cleaning feature.
Once the folders are unzipped the program will walk you through the steps to set the script up on your computer. Once installed click on the Automailer XP link to enter the site.
In top menu find Tools then Auto Validation.
On left hand side is a Profile called 'Standart'. When highlighted, look to the right. You see the 'Standart' Profile itself. You will change the Profile form and save it to new Profiles - one for each email box you want the AMXP to access.
* Profile = name your profile. Example: contact
* Host = your mail server. Example: If using a commericial pop3 emailbox like xtreamail, it is mail.xtreamail.com
* Account = your full email address. Example: yourbox@xtreamail.com
* Password = your email password
* Save
Once you save, you will now have another Profile showing in the Left hand window box. Place your cursor on the Profile to highlight it. Look to the Right. That profile should be showing in the Right hand window box. Look in the Middle. Find Connect Icon. Click on Connect Icon.
It should connect and stay connected. Once connected it will come back with a message count. Once you receive the message count you are ready to Validate or clean. Disconnect to end test. If you are ready to validate your box or clean - push the applicable icon. The service disconnects automatically once it completes its task.
Troubleshooting: if you get a Socket Error, that usually means some piece of information is incorrect. Ensure you have your correct password. Ensure there are no spaces after any of your links or password. The script reads spaces as part of the link or password.
If the error persists, try setting up the Host without the mail. in front of the mail server. Example, instead of mail.xtreamail.com use only xtreamail.com
