GW Xtream Safe list Submitter Email Marketing submit to the lists

Every list has its own times as to when members can resubmit to the list. As you joined most of the lists as a FREE member, this can vary from once every seven (7) days to once daily.

The Auto submitter broadcasts your ad daily to all the lists in the database - including those you have not joined or are inactive at. The List receives your email. It checks the information against its own database: ensures you are a member, you are active, then your membership level. If it is time to submit to the members, it will send your email on. If not, it blocks the email from going any further.

Once you have joined and validated at the safelists you are considered ACTIVE and can now submit your ads to the members of those lists. This is all done through the Submit to Lists section located in the Top Menu.

Posting Status: this informs you as to whether or not you can post through the SUBMITTER only. This does not mean it is time for each individual safelist to accept your ad.

Current date & time: this informs you of the current time so you can check it against when it is time to submit

Last submission: gives you the EXACT last date and time you submitted. (click to see report) this is the Report from the last submission

Below that information is the Submission Form itself. Fill in the Subject Line. Fill in the Message. Note you have a 5000 character limit. The script counts the characters for you.

Below the Message area you see some other icons:

HTML On HTML Off Off is default. If you use HTML, mark the circle.

Save sent message Mark this if you want the submitter to Auto Send your ad for you.

Send to safelists where you have Free,Pro,Premium,Executive membership Auto-resend more times (up to 49) Enter in the number of times you want your ad to Auto Send.

Please Hit Send Only Once, it may take a few moments to Send message, please wait. This actually sends in the backround so you do not have to wait.

Once the ad broadcasts, the report that comes back from each list (or not) populates the Submission Report you access by (click to see report). Allow a period of time for the Report to be generated.

Maintaining your Safe lists using the Submitter

Understanding the Report:

When an ad is transmitted by the Submitter it sends it out to the ENTIRE database. The information is sent through the Submitters server and email system. It is carried to the Safelist host server and then sent on to the Safelist itself. The safelist then checks the information and blocks or sends the ad onto the members email boxes through their own servers and email system. The Email server then receives and blocks or sends onto the member inboxes.

A report is generated from the safelist and sent back to the submitter each time it receives data from the submitter. These are some of the statements you will see on your reports.

* Failed to login:

Submitter unable to log into your account at the safelist. Could be you do not have an account. Could be the site itself was down. Could have been a broken communication between servers and sites.

* No such account:

You do not have membership at that list

* Account not validated

You need to verify your email still. If you no longer have that email, go to the safelist and request a resend welcome letter. If you have a lot of these, you can use the submitter to accomplish this for you.

* Sending

Shows member count your ad was sent to
